Welcome back to Your Brain On Positive. All the love and support you need is residing inside of you. And we're going to make it easier to turn it off.
Jackie Simmons:Alright, question of the day, what tools do you use? We're talking about you personally, not what you sell to other people, because sometimes we sell things that we don't use, not because they're not good. They're just our gift to give not our gift to us. So what do you use? And why? I'd really like to know. So I'll go first, I use things in two different groups. One are the people I partner with, I only partner with people whose tools I use. So I've partnered with positive prime, that's the emotional teflon.com. Like, because they partnered with the teen suicide prevention society. So I use it all the time. And whenever someone who I recommends the signs to use it 50% of the proceeds go to the teen suicide prevention society. It's a vision board on steroids. And I'll put the links in the comments. This second tool that I use is also visual, it shows up on my phone every day, I get two messages a day from a company called Koch notes. And yes, there's an affiliate link for that as well, because they partnered with who the teen suicide prevention society, you can see where I'm going with this, my partnerships have to be something that I use, and that I know works to bring your brain on positive, both of those work in seconds or minutes at the most. The third one that I use is also a brain training tool. Can you tell I've got this theme going on, I like to control what comes into my mind. And that's a program called brain time. And it's one that you listen to it, it uses scientifically developed alternating sounds and beats and a instructions that they have one for focus. So I can put that on in my ears and just keep on working. It's great, it's allowed me to stretch my little Sprint's into longer blocks of work. So there we go, those are my three main tools for keeping my brain my emotions headed in a positive direction. So body, mind, spirit and emotion, these are about my mind and my emotions. I'll come back and share more about my spiritual side. And about my physical side, I just wanted to stick with three. So if you would share one tool that you use, and I'll ask you to save your affiliate links for someone who actually reaches out to you. It's my post. So I'm gonna put my affiliate links in the comments for these three, as I find them. I'm not that organized some days. And I'll ask you to refrain from putting your affiliate links to any of the tools that you use, except in private comments. Why? Because I want the teen suicide prevention society to get the most benefit from my willingness to share my tools. And so that's my mission in the world. And if you haven't been over two teaspoons, what we call the teen suicide prevention society recently, you might want to check out teaspoons.org. And you can see what we've created to make it easier for you to break the silence on this very challenging topic. So I work in the realm of suicide prevention, I can use all the help I can get to keep my brain on positive, my emotions up. What about you? What do you use? Please share. And thank you for being you. And thank you for being here. And I sure wish that I could watch comments and do Facebook Lives all at the same time. You know, I'm going to try. Let's see if I can figure this out. I'm in Notifications. I got some updates. What's on my mind it is not showing me my life. Oh well. So I'll check the comments when I'm done. Love you. Thank you for being you and take you for being here. We need you more than you know.
